Two medical comedies just did the exact same "all the symptoms fit lyme disease but he doesn't have a rash.  Oh wait, let's shave him, there's the bullseye mark" despite the fact that lyme disease does not always leave a rash.  It's especially annoying in House, who's supposed to be omnipotent.
