An Atlantic blogger posts asking for a word that means "those fucktards who clog up public transport facilities by, for example, getting to the top of the the escalator and standing in front of it with a huge map." (he wants something more specific than fucktards). Many suggestions are made up of combinations of other words, and it's weird which ones work and which don't. Below the cut is my list of those than work and those that don't. I encourage you to make your own list before peeking.

urban cholesterol. Too unwieldy to describe an individual, but great for the phenomenon.

I believe the common thread is words that have hard enough consonants that you can use curse-word inflection, but not so sharp they become unwieldy.
