MIssing the point

Media coverage has universally said that Judith Miller is in jail for refusing to disclose the name of a source. This is incorrect. Miller is a witness to the crime of a official who ought to know better leaking the name of a CIA agent as payback for her husband refusing to toe the party line. If another person taped Rove leaking the name, and released that to another reporter, there's a good argument that that person should be allowed to remain anonymous. But Miller was part of the crime.
